During your consultation, we will discuss the health issues most important to you, and talk about other factors which could be contributing to your condition.

Initial Consultations
Your initial consultation involves an extensive discussion with you to determine an overview of your current health. We will go through what your goals are for your health, any current symptoms you are experiencing, your medical history, diagnosed medical conditions and review of any recent pathology results. We will review diet, lifestyle and contributing factors to your health concerns as well as any supplements or prescription medication you are currently taking in order to get your complete picture. We will discuss your family history and any other details that may come up as part of your health history to piece together a strategic plan just for you moving forward.

Follow Up Consultations
Normal follow up consultations are generally indicated for ongoing review and support whilst working together. If your case is more complex, an extended consultation may be required.

Initial Naturopathic consultation - 1 hour and 15 minutes
A naturopathic consultation is very different to a conventional doctor’s visit, as the naturopath needs to know a great deal of information to assess you. During your consultation, we will discuss the health issues most important to you, and talk about other factors which could be contributing to your condition. I will then set a treatment plan and I may prescribe herbal or nutritional supplements.

Follow-up (return) Naturopathic Consultation 45 mins
A follow up to an initial consultation where functional pathology test results may be discussed, diet is fully evaluated and progress of a current treatment plan can be monitored.

Highly recommended 3 consultation package. Ideally, all patients are recommended 3 consultations in the first 3 months of treatment, before moving onto a maintainence plan.

A brief health check which may include clinical and naturopathic diagnostic techniques as well as a wellness assessment. This consultation is an opportunity for both you and I to see if we are well suited to work as a team, to achieve your health goals.

Bookings are essential. All pathology testing and supplementation will incur further costs. All Zoom consults must be paid for prior to the consult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I respect that your time is valuable and I appreciate that you understand my time is too. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours of more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
The first time a cancellation is made within the 48 hour period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied).
Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 48 hour period will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be equal to the value of the consultaion fee for that booking which had been made and susequently cancelled.
